VIP Television, Inc. was hired and entered into a contract to produce short-length video features. A $1,000.00 deposit was made, as per the contract, but no work was ever performed by VIP Television, Inc.
Despite numerous attempts to contact VIP Television, Inc. by email, telephone, and by mail, VIP Television, Inc. remains unresponsive and has not returned the $1,000.00 deposit.
