Sent my item in for repair, it came back as useless as when it was sent in. Repair slip said no parts replaced/repair - OS reinstalled. Today 10/26 they tell me parts were replaced (RAM, Motherboard, etc). I was told if I called back today re my blue screen error message of "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors" I could speak with a manager. I was denied that opportunity and they said I have to send it back for repair.
Initial repair they failed at and this is my 2nd business laptop so now they want it back to repair again instead of honoring replacement value check. They couldn't fix it the first time.
Shame on this Allstate company ripping off consumers with false advertising and not honoring their end. Shouldn't take two times to get an item repaired and as far as I'm concerned their technicians need to be fired!

Was told a week ago by "Winston" that a copy of Windows 10 would be overnighted to me; nothing came. They refuse to honor their offer of reimbursing me for warranty cost and absoluely refuse to honor their replacment value guarantee if they can't fix it. This all started a month ago. Allstate should be ashamed they are SquareTrade's parent company. Stay far away!
I still have unusable computer. Contacting FTC, AG's office in their states, etc.

SquareTrade has gone above and beyond after my complaint. Big shout-out to Wilson, a US-based tech.
