i called to renew my subscription and several days later received a fraud alert from AMEX. Since my call to Sirius was the only time within a 2 month period that I had used my card without the chip it was obvious where to suspect the attempt came from. AMEX agreed that was the most likely scenario . I have called Sirus twice to no avail. If it happened to me it most likely has happened to others. I’d like them to apologize and at least let me know that they have talked to Sheila so she knows she has been outed!
