I had a home remodeling project hired Pro home Renovators and Richard David Cover and Yira Rodriquez took on my project and never completed the job. Come to find out he has over 70 theft counts on bucks county and his a repetitive scammer. On his 4th wife, he manages to use women to do his scam and fraud. Google his name beware!
