Phoenix,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Sun, September 19, 2004
I am writing to dispute the claims made by Karen against Mr. Firmani. I am the daughter-in-law of both Mr. Firmani and Karen, and as such, am able to bear witness that the claims made here were motivated by personal ill feelings between Mr. Firmani and his ex-wife, Karen. I am also an unbiased source, as I previously worked for Mr. Firmani, and am currently in business with my mother-in-law, Karen. My mother-in-law is talented, strong and intelligent, however personal issues within the family during the time of this posting motivated actions that were out of character. I was once employed by Mr. Firmani in the state of TN, as was my husband, and during that time, witnessed and was part of a very well-organized and beneficial food delivery service, offering the highest quality food with personalized programs to serve the client's needs. I personally participated in sales as well as bookkeeping and customer service and can verify that each and every customer recieved the services as they were contracted to receive, and can verify that customer satisfaction was the norm. Mr. Firmani is still active in the food service industry, with many years of success to show his commitment to offering a quality service. Mrs. Firmani is a successful businesswoman in her own right, and a wonderful co-worker of mine. My reason for posting this response is that I believe a personal dispute between these two parties should not affect either's professional objectives.
