Prime Time Shuttle late, unreliable, customer service very rude, not helpful, defensive, LAX Airport California
This is the worst service ever if you need a ride from the airport. Having a reservation means nothing, customers going in opposite directions are put on the same shuttle instead of grouping customers with similar destinations. All the while, sitting in a shuttle hearing the rest of the passengers complaining and fed up with this company. Oh and if you ever have to call and speak with their customer service, it is beyond bad. They were rude, defensive and they accept no responsibility in the problems their 'customers' experience, they offer no help. TAKE A CAB, it would probably cost the same if not less without the most frustrating experience, unbelievable.
