I'm not sure if I was the David that you spoke with, there are 2 Davids in the office and I generally try not to speak too fast.
Let me clear up the one misunderstanding that I believe you have. What is being offered isn't a "loan" per se. The offer is for a new Visa or Master Card at a maximum of 9.9% interest rate. So long as you answer the questions that are asked truthfully then there is no reason for you not to get the new card.to transfer your balances to.
As for the call late at night let me apologize for that, but sir we do have to reach people when they are at home.
As I have said before from what I have read on here the vast majority is by a few ex-employees with an axe to grind. Since you took the time to look this up I can only hope that you will take the time to check back over the next few days as I respond to the grievances here and then make up your mind about whether Premier Savings is an entity with which you choose to conduct business.
I have one final point to make, and that is sir we are telemarketers, and for a telemarketing company to have only 83 complaints in the 14 year history of the company? Mind you the from what I have seen the bulk of the 83 are people just like yourself who didn't actually go through with the transaction so if I may say you have no way of knowing if this is in fact a "scam" as you put it or not? I don't know an exact figure but suffice to say Premier processes through 30+ people in an average week night. With all of those people there are only a very, very small number of unsatisfied customer complaints on this site.
