Mack Media Web Designer Incomplete Website Brookfield Connecticut
If we could grade this review zero stars, we would. In the contract it states build time 8-12 weeks. It took 2 YEARS!! They told us that it was our fault because we weren't providing them with all the content. If that's the case what was the point of hiring them to build a website if we were going to end up doing it ourselves.
The last page of the contract clearly states that they provide content and images if unavailable. We paid for the advanced package but received the standard package quality of work. After the site was finally launched 3 critical errors (broken links) popped up and the response was we are not sure how those were missed.
