He was paid thousands of dollars. NOT ONE LINE of website design or code. Several conversations on the phone, and always promises to "have something in the next week or 10 days." Excuse, after excuse, after excuse (death in the family, unexpected delay, setback, etc, etc, etc, etc).
He also promised if an investment was made, that I would get the services promises for no cost, and the investment would be returned at the end of 6o days.

The same thing happened to me. This guy is a fake and a phony and I am moving forward with a lawsuit. Any other individuals that he has scammed that wants to take part please let me know.

The "Infotechnologist" has made a payment towards paying off this amount owed. Paypal was also able to refund $750 of the amount due.

The "Infotechnologist" said that he had a lotof business coming in at the time he made the assurances, and "things were going perfect then something happened which set [him] behind by 6 months" which created the problem.
He has now signed a binding agreement for repayment. This report will be updated as repayments are made.
