I purchased a rental with my credit card. I had the reciept. When I went to the location to pick up the vehicle at my assigned date. They refused to give me the car. They said that they did not accept my credit card. I contacted customer service and they just keep refering me to other departments. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Check with Discover to see if you were actually charged for this. If you were, then put it into contest. If you weren't charged, then there's no problem.
