I own a business with a very similar name to this, and will not list it here as I do not want people to think I am doing this out of a sense of revenge or trying to get at a competitor. This company since they have opened has been dodging customers once something is sold or outright not shipping anything to them at all.
How do I know you ask. Because if you Google the name of this company my company comes up, they have no listing on any social media and no google listing to leave reviews just a website. So when people have been taken advantage of and they can't get an answer from this place they Google the name of the company and call us thinking we are a division of this company.
I have heard from there customer more times than I can count that they have not received apart after a month or weeks and if they did receive something it was not as ordered and then when they try to get it taken care of the company dodges them or tells them they have in store credit.
On there terms and conditions they state in the fine print they do not do refunds. I have been advising any customer that buys from them to do a chargeback and dispute with their bank as this company is not on the up and up as you can see if you try to research them at all.
Just check out people read reviews before you buy something and if their company name doesn't match what the reviews are then it is not for that company.

I want to agree with John. I had purchased an engine for a 2005 Chrysler 300. 5.7 Hemi. The engine had an internal issue.
I spoke with DJ of this company to no avail. Always giving me excuses! He wanted me to have the mechanic remove the engine and either send a new one or refund my money. Is that crazy! I would be stuck with a labor bill and no engine!
After negotiation, he agreed to pay me back an additionl $475 of a $775 bill for the added rapair to the engine. My car sat at the repair facility for a month! After my mechanic did the extra repair, the engine works fine, but I had to wait an addtional month to receive the $475 which I finally received in January of this year.
I also paid an additonal $200 for a 3 year warranty which I have not received as of today. I am continuing to ask for it or a refund of the $200.
This company is bad and should be stopped! DO NOT purchase anythng from them or listen to DJ. He is a real con artist.

See here's the problem DJ George I've been getting customers calls from your business since early last year I've been getting calls from people who don't get the part that they're supposed to I've been getting calls from people who don't get anything at all I've been getting calls from people who don't get the part that they're supposed to I've been getting calls from people who don't get anything at all I've been getting calls from people who try to call you but your phone number has been shut off and the whole reason is because you're not a legitimate business you don't show up with the BBB.
you don't have a physical address and it's really obvious what's going on and I'm going to continue to point this out to everybody who calls me thinking that we are you how about you change the name of your business so we quit getting your customers calls and we wouldn't have this problem.
but when I get more than 50 calls in three months from people saying they've been screwed over and they think it's us at first then yeah I've got a problem with that and you can say all the lies you want but anybody all they have to do is look you up.

For you to call our Services and get a actual price on product, and go and Act like you buying Parts from Us and we are not delivering is blatantly wrong! We have never ever did business with you and hopefully we are not misunderstood! Our mission is to provide our customers with the best Possible Part at Great Prices and that’s what we do! We don’t wanna gain a customer base by talking down on the next business If a customer didn’t receive a part they were either refunded or taken care of with they Part. No we are not Engines Wholesale Direct out of Florida, and No we still don’t have any negative things to say about them but call Our Bank which is Bank of America in Houston Texas and our Processors as well they can affirm that we are VERY Credible Company and ALL of our customers are Real People! Ain’t nothing wrong with leaving a Business Phone provider that’s costing you A Arm and Leg that’s not benefiting Us , So before you try and get Brownie Points or deals off of Negative Press Re-evaluate yawls process and become Apart of a winning Team in this Auto Parts Industry it’s Enough for everyone to to take care of Families and Others
