I am a contract employee for other companies (not DTE) in web and software developement.
You state "DTE does not pay for first 3 weeks if they can show your performance not good" (spelling corrections are mine).
If you did not perform to the expectations of the position - why should they pay you? You have no right to ask for pay. I understand you put time into the position, however, if you really are a J2EE professional you would be able to perform up to the expectations. (Same goes for firing you with 10 minutes notice, if you were not performing, they have every right to fire you).
I am sorry that you feel you wasted 3 weeks of your life and should be compensated, but why should you be compensated for poor work?
(Please note, you do not dispute that the work was not up to par, you are only complaining that you were not paid. I am unable to come to any conclusion other than you are not denying that your work was less than satisfactory.)
Also, not to be insulting, please know that in this report, you do not come off as a professional. You have multiple spelling and grammatical errors, and some words are missing. You also have neglected to format your report at all. Most people would not take you seriously if you complained in this format, however, (based on the name you call yourself) I am assuming that you're not a native English speaker, and have given you the benefit of the doubt.
