I was caring for a car owned by Noah Segrest, that's why my name is not in your files but my money is.look up Noah Segrest in your records and look at the last services done. There you will find what this reported ripoff is meant for.

James,
We were unable to find your name or information in our files. The situation you describe does not sound like something that would happen at our dealership but we would need to speak to you directly to be sure. If you could please send an email with your full name and contact information to wecare@choosecarriage,com our management team will reach out to you. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address this directly with you.
Thank you and have a wonderful day

Please remember, you do not need to expose yourself to dealership fraud by getting service done there. As per the Magnuson-Moss Act, you can get your service done ANYWHERE and this WILL NOT void the warranty! Find yourself a good independent mechanic and get your work done there. REMEMBER...any service work required as per warranty can be done anywhere!
