Bexar towing continues to prey on innocent and unsuspecting individuals who are attending family functions and work holiday parties at Wonderland Mall in San Antonio, TX. I was attending my work Christmas party at Wonderland Mall and within the parking lot of the mall is Wellsfargo Bank which is not open on Sat. The sign is easily missed by distracted people attending family functions and work parties.
They wait and watch and as soon as people leave their vehicles begin to tow them away in numbers of at least ten plus vehicles. They then cahrge $100 over the city of San Antonio tow fee cap and charge $250 plus other fees equaling $293 or more. They have quite a track record in the city and continue to drag their feet in court cases against them thus allowing them to continue their illegal business.
Their excuse for the over-charge was I was twoed from another city which is not true as my receipt clearly shows it was towed from the city of San Antonio to their business in the city as well. They also damaged the door handle of my sons truck but of course are denying this as well. Someone needs to shut this business down.
