Aaron Woodman is a fake real estate investor who plays the role of the connector throughout social media and preys on those believing in his fake investment strategies and pretends to actually know what he is talking about. He is a scam artist who pretends to provide insights on investment strategies and ideas that he thinks are legitimate, guaranteed successful ideas.
Aaron comes from Michigan where he initially grew up. Following Michigan, he moved to Chicago to start getting into real estate business but did not find very much success, per a Chicago source within the industry. He states that he invested in a few properties on the south side of the city. He also states that he used to walk to and from work 6 miles each way and at some point slept on the trains in Chicago. Not only that, but at some point he said he would talk with people to and from work and would somehow meet 100 people per day...
From there, he portrayed himself and this type of person who can solve anyones problem and simply get a piece of the action each and every time. But in the end he would simply woo his investors into thinking he could provide when in reality he could never.
His sociopathic ways enabled him to find a way into people's businesses and somehow has had many female problems in the past as well. From getting involved with women he randomly meets to cheating consistently on those he calls his fiance or girlfriend, he puts his charm on to most anyone he comes into contact with.
He then came out to Los Angeles, the mecca "fake it til you make it" atmosphere. Where he made his name most known is in the Manhattan Beach area where he worked for several real estate companies that he was unsuccessful at. He started his own LLC where he preys on investment firms and states that his investments are within businesses or properties that he knows of with large upside potentials with little risk.Obviously not getting any of your money back is a huge risk.
He tapped his way into the social media circle world through the help of a few friends in getting his social media following up (which is comprised mostly of fake followers) and he somehow is able to get people to believe what comes out of his mouth.
He had a few people on his team at ARW Investments in Santa Monica from what I've heard and didn't pay either of them what they agreed within their contracts for the work they were doing for him. Ontop of that he has also outed a few other companies where now the Manhattan Beach PD and Los Angeles DA are both looking for him. He has tried on numerous occasions to do deals with up and coming entrepreneurs, but has failed in some respects due to the validity of his business.
When he introduces himself, he states he is a global connector and that he has over 250K of people in his database that he is connected with and feels that he can somehow make deals between people. Aaron finds a way to woo himself into certain situations where he can find investment money that he can fool someone on giving him and then running away without returning the investment money. He has now moved to Canada due to his wanted status in the state of California for fraud and is facing significant jail time due to the fact that he took so much money from companies like Caskey & Caskey amongst many others in the southern LA area.
Aaron has, in many ways, on multiple occasions screwed many people out of money and large sums of money at that. He finds a way to get others to invest in ideas that do not follow through and he eventually gives the most absurd and insincere excuses as to why he cannot talk or meet about the investments after the money is already in his bank account.
Overall, Aaron Woodman is a fraud. Everything that he is and says he has done in the past is all a buttered up lie since he is stealing money from a girlfriend he once had. Aaron and his antics deserved to be exposed due to the fact that thousands and thousands of dollars are being given to this man for investments or whatever and he is simply taking the money and putting it in his pocket.

Hi - Aaron Woodman recently scammed my wife and I out of $40,000 as well. Aaron was the assistant tennis coach at Northpointe Christian in Grand Rapids, Michigan when I was on the team about 15 years ago, so I incorrectly assumed I could trust him, since he also offered me a signed promissory note / personnal guarantee, stating he would give me a 20% return two months from the day I wired $40k to him.
I’m looking for as much information on Aaron as possible, seeing as he stopped responding to my calls, texts and / or emails and no one seems to know where he lives.
Could you, the anonymous author of this post, please call me? My Google Voice number is 972-656-9034.
If anyone else reading this comment has been scammed by Aaron, please call me as well. We must bring this man to justice.

It is frustrating to see how these scammers are preying on innocent people and exploiting their needs. I can recommend a private investigation agency 'Wilsons Detectives'. They consider taking a class action against people or businesses that are complained about. They aim to help clients and people who have been affected by frauds/scams and help them recover their money. I have used them myself, they are well experienced (over 66 years), well reputed and serve worldwide. If you need more information and would like their help visit https://www.detectiveswilsons.com/ or email [email protected].
