Topcashback.com's modus operendi:
1) Offering the highest rates from retailers compared to the legitimate sites.They "offer" these high percentages knowing they'll only pay out on small purchases to get the suckers to bite.
2) Myteriously, they are "unable" to track purchases when buyers have larger purchases (purchases track perfectly with small purchases drawing their prey in then when the sucker thinks they're legit, and makes a large buy using their scam site, it mysteriously can't be tracked). One large purchase at 0% more than offsets all the little tiny purchases at 4% bringing the average payout well below the slightly lower legitimate sites.
3) In cases where they claim they "can't track" and award rebates from retailers, buyers have absolutely no problems with other legitimate sites in the past when clicked through the legitimate sites.
4) They pocket the "untrackable" cash back from larger purchases that should rightfully go to the consumers (per their legal agreement) to funnel into their sinking business as the truth is exposed and more and more people jump ship.
5) Customer service agents that just play pocket pool with you telling you to just wait, give it more time, and finally giving bogus excuses as to why they couldn't award the agreed upon cash back. Avoid this garbage company like the plague. Stick with the legitimate sites like mypoints and swagbucks. Their advertised rate is lower in most cases but they actually pay out and don't play games.
