I was an account holder with TLOxp for several years.  I paid my dues on time.  Everything was fine.  One day, I got an audit letter to explain the recent searches I made, and I was asked to provide supporting documentation for each search I made that was flagged for review.  I provided the supporting documentation and replied within the time frame offered to reply.  Then, my account was suspended.  The [email protected] email has no phone number or other way to reach them. 

My business has come to rely on this company's TLOxp tool, and now, not even my customer service rep will return my emails or calls.  It's as if I have been blacklisted without any explanation of any kind.  I've tried numerous times since this started, and when I call, I am told to handle this through my customer service rep.  I even reached out to her supervisor, who has also not responded.  No single person is willing to talk to me to reset my account.

My advice is to look for other similar service providers for background and research tools.  The process to be admitted for using these tools is almost as grueling as it is to get the State and Federal financial licensing I hold.  Also, it takes months to get going.  I was a loyal customer and did not use any of their competition.  Now, the reward for my loyalty is to stop all business functions, apply to other services, and wait to get approved.  Approval will require a new walk-through of my office to inspect locking cabinets and shredding machines, per any credit-related and background-related service.

This is a nightmare for me.  I am scraping to get work in my industry.  To level set when you read this many years from now, I'll explain the hard times our country is facing.  Interest rates have been going up, and I am a credit-related service. It is now October of 2023.  The Middle East is at war, and Russia is in Ukraine and Georgia.  Economies are on the brink of failure with high-interest rates, and I need every edge I can get. 

After my loyalty and monthly payments, I was dropped for no reason, no discussion, without warning or notice.  This is how Transunion rewards loyalty, multiyear subscription payments, and compliance with information requests proving the correct usage of products and services.
