Ripoff Report Verified™ REVIEW
EDitor's UPDATE: Positive rating and recognition has been given to The Ding King Institute for its full commitment to quality customer service.
Ripoff Report's discussions with The Ding King Training Institute, Inc. have uncovered an ongoing dedication by the company to total client satisfaction. This means that clients can expect that the company will work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any concerns. The Ding King Training Institute, Inc. listens carefully to client concerns and sees them as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and become more efficient as a company in the services offered and the support for those services.
The Ding King Training Institute, Inc.'s principal, Mr. Todd Sudeck, has informed us that his personal philosophy is that "his graduates success are his success" and are the heart of his business. To be successful in business, you must possess integrity and Mr. Sudeck feels it's critical to listen to his customers and to always be honest and deliver on promises. It's not about telling the customer what he wants to here, but what the customer should know about the industry that will benefit them over the long haul. I've always put my customers first and believe that's why we've been so successful over the past 23 years. Another top executive, Michelle Scher has been with the company for over 20 years told us that Todd Sudeck's personal business philosophy is based on the premise that "strives to add value in service, understanding that a successful business model is based on value-added services, and client care". We are the #1 PDR School in the world for a reason...We Deliver Quality Tools and Comprehensive Training required to be a professional in the industry. One of the things Ripoff Report learned in the course of its review is that typical customer feedback reads, "The Ding King Training Institute, Inc. truly delivers on their promise of over-the-shoulder training. Our training was incredible and we are very pleased with the quality of the tools we received. The technical support we continue to receive is beyond our expectations and their customer service staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Everyone at The Ding King are very serious about meeting commitments, and delivering on their promises.”
The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Todd Sudeck during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Ding King Training Company.
Ding King Training Company is a unique training facility that specializes in educating interested companies and individuals on the most advance and effective techniques in cosmetic car repair. Classified as a Paintless Dent Repair Training School, Ding King Training has spent the past 20 years creating quality curriculum that not only includes how to appropriately fix cosmetic damage to cars, but how to more effectively conduct a business that revolves around automobiles. They offer several different educational packages through their company, "students can learn total reconditioning if they choose to.”
Ding King Training Company relies on both marketing and their reputation to develop most of their leads, "we generate a lot of repeat and referral business as well as our web sites, advertisements in trade publications, and trade shows.”
THE DING KING INSTITUTE CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
During the onsite interview, Todd Sudeck the President of Ding King Training Company, was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Sudeck explained a situation outside of the educational elements of the company, "a customer's tools arrived two days later from the shipping date they expected." Mr. Sudeck assures future clients that this is not a common complaint for Ding King Training Company, and the issue was resolved by expediting the shipping process. In this particular situation the client was, "extremely satisfied" with the manner in which the complaint was handled. Mr. Sudeck further assures future clients that all complaints are handled with a follow up protocol involving a personal phone call from Mr. Sudeck himself who will, "ask if they are completely satisfied, and if there is any other thing he can help them with.”
When asked to comment on the complaints posted on Rippoff Report's website Mr. Sudeck informed us that he believes the comments are false, "the complaint that was registered on Ripoff Report has been confirmed to be a competitor." Mr. Sudeck went on to list their many accreditations, "Ding King is a state licensed school with Bureau For Private Post Secondary Vocational Education. Also, we are registered with the state Attorney General and members of various trade organizations: National Auto Body Congress Exposition, National Auto Dealers Association, Specialty Equipment Manufactures Association, International Car Wash Association, member of the BBB, and the Business Consumer Alliance Group and an A+ rating." Mr. Sudeck also offered a final rebuttal against the claims made against them on Ripoff Report's website, "Ding King stands behind all training and tool programs 1000%. Tools are guaranteed for life, and we offer free additional training for the customers requiring it. The class sizes are small and personalized with student to instructor ratio of 3 to 1, and also we offer one on one training for those who desire it.
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the customer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Sudeck stated, "customer is always right, and any or all issues are resolved to total satisfaction from the customer.”
Ding King Training Company is please to be a part of Ripoff Reports Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program. Mr. Sudeck further explains but saying, "I find great value in having the support of Rippoff Report's Consumer Advocacy Program. I appreciate them doing their due diligence, recognizing that the reports were written by a competitor. Setting the record straight, letting customers know that the Ding King does good business.”
THE DING KING INSTITUTE / STATEMENTS FROM THE PRESIDENT, TODD SUDECK
"I believe being a Ripoff Report Verified Trusted Business is extremely important. I value customer relationships and will always do what's right for my clients. My company was made aware of FALSE REPORTS and negative reviews that were made and confirmed to be from a COMPETITOR intending to SLANDER and due damage to me and my company's reputation. Their IP address has been confirmed and Ripoff Report has determined that all the reviews made were FALSE and MALICIOUS and intended to try to persuade students looking to learn PDR to look elsewhere. We do good business and welcome you to read more about our company, business philosophy and training programs. An intentional smear campaign started in 2004 against my company and 3 others in my industry was initiated. At first we searched our database for the name, email or phone number of such customers so we can make things right, but we found no such customer by name, email or phone number. We were taken back and shocked by what was being written about us. When we responded, the competitor in question would respond with more false attacks. It became a vicious cycle! Realizing that more and more customers over the years conduct their research over the Internet and might be believe these fake reviews, so we felt it important to address this once and for all and put a stop to it the fake posts intended to damage our company.
STATEMENT FROM THE DING KING INSTITUTE:
This is a false report made by a local competitor. The IP address of the person who wrote this has been confirmed. Ripoff Report has verified this fact and Ding King is a Verified Trusted Business. It is the policy of the company to offer a full refund and when attempting to contact the customer to inquire as to their "false" claim, their phone number, email and name were all incorrect. Rest assured, as a State Licensed School we are required to return all deposits or run the risk of losing our certification. Clearly, this was one of many false reports made by one of my competitors.

Ding King don't let them get you money too California
I borrowed the $1000 needed to start a Ding King Franchise. It loked like a great part time investment, weekends and some evenings. I spoke with Todd, the sales guy, from the Newport Beach facility, he assured me I would make back my borrowed money in 6 months or less. He told me @ the continuous support on the 800 tech support line. Also about the newsletters & yearly conferences are part of the package. I also boutght the $300 Video & manual training, more wasted money. I called Todd and told him the problems I was having and said I wanted my money back, he said no. That's it, I keep calling, (800)538-0513 or (714)775-9450 and leaving messages, but am not getting any help, looks like a scam to me..... Stolen all cities, California

TODD really thinks he is slick! I am tired of reading from TODD the negative report is from another "COMPETITOR" TODD that routine is getting old. Lets get this straight. Yout a Lier, and a Fraud! It's catching up to you. The bottom line TODD, is "DO IT RIGHT." TODD wouldn't it be nice to not spend a large part of your day calling people you know to comment and fill out false report to say your the best? TODD, you know the answer...... TODD, I have a challenge for you. Open up a GOOGLE Places for business account. As you know this gives consumers the easy ability to write a survey on all your business names. I am sure you pass on that.

#1 We don't sell franchises and if we did the cost wouldn't be $1,000!
Seriously.....The author is Stolen from all cities, USA????????
Very clear attempt to damage the reputation of a quality company!
This is sad that any bozo can hide behing the keyboard and type slanderous and false information to make themselves look better!
LET ME REITERATE for customers researching our business:
This FALSE REPORT has been made and confirmed to be from a COMPETITOR intending to SLANDER and harm my company. Their IP address and testimony from their ex-employee has been confirmed and with depositions pending, the truth will prevail.
Your airfare and hotel expenses are “on me” so you can see the quality first hand before attending our school……That is how confident I am in the quality we offer everyone of our students.
Legal Action has been initiated to STOP THE NEGATIVE and ILLEGAL ACTS! You've been doing this for years and it's not only dirty, but ILLEGAL! Your attempt to litter your FALSE Complaint with keywords that Google will pick up and place in the search results is obvious and very sad!
It has come to our attention that the competitor in question is directing you to read these reviews about my company (WHICH HE WROTE HIMSELF) to persuade you to do business with his company.
Again, the statements made by this competitor in his multiple reports are flat out lies intended to harm my company's reputation and persuade you to do business with his. Do your research; I believe you will find he is not licensed to offer training in California and does not comply with the SAMP ACT with the State Attorney General's Office.
Should anyone reading this wish to speak to me directly or any of my graduates, please contact me personally at 1-800-304-3464.
I am so confident in the quality of our training programs that I will pay for your airfare and hotel to visit our school prior to you starting class!
In the Spirit of Good Business,
Todd

I went to Ding King in Fountain Valley,Ca and trained with James and Sal.They are good instructors.I have spoken to Todd a few times on the phone and he has helped tremendously. He is an easy to talk to person and makes me feel like a friend.
I took out a student loan from Sallie Mae to pay for my training.10 year loan that I had paid off in just over 1 year.
If you apply yourself and get good with practice you WILL make some good money doing this.I have.I started making money the day after I got back from my training.

Looks like a scam, smells like a scam, this company is a scam. Big promises of support and all the money you'll make. Hey hire people to work for you, get ready to expand quickly. What a joke these people try and squeeze as much as possible before you get wise. I invested the initial $2000 and wasn't going to sink another $300 but they were very persuasive. I have yet to make a dime using the "techniques" they teach because they don't work and people want their money back after you finish the job. I don't blame them though, the job is crap.

Todd, you look good in your reply, how about coming good in your refund. I have left so many messages the 7 button my phone sticks now. You say you have no knowledge of a franchise, BINGO. You win. You have my money, and are willing to protect you place in the money line by answering a complaint here, although you are illusive on the phone. I am not another company as you state, that's for sure, although that was my intent when I sent you my money. So fess up, say you are wrong, and give me back my money. For all you out there trying to figure who is lieing here, look around before you send you money too. Here it is again, so you don't have to scroll: That's it, I keep calling, (800)538-0513 or (714)775-9450 and leaving messages, but am not getting any help, looks like a scam to me.....
