John Zamar Con Artist Thief Thinks he Can Do Whatever He Wants To Rip You Off and Get Away With It Silver City New Mexico
John Zamar is a con atist thief who thinks he can buy things and then all of the sudden steal them by filing fraud credit card disputes. This moron will buy things and purposely ignore you, he will then make up his own shipment time frame and then contact his credit card company and start making all sorts of falsified statements to make himself the innocent victim. He will start by playing the old and frail 70 year old that pretends he's helples and some big old bad company is out to get him.
The whole time this thief is deliberately lying to the credit card company thinking he's going to get away with it without a single shred of evdience. He will go to other sites try to find the same product and by it there and repeat the process. Luckily we reported this moron on another site and one of the online sellers was cool enough to send us over the documents this idiot signed, and it was days prior to Zamar ripping us off.
We won the case because we had signed proof of delivery, which we purposely do, because its morons like him and his age that most of the fraud happens. He will make up something so BSish and then start believing it himself as the truth. The second we send him collections letters and telling this old fool that we are goign to sue him and put him awawy in jail, he tries to get rid of the product he just attempted to steal.
Then he will refuse additional letters. At this point its just time to put this old idiot away for the next 6 months and fine him $25grand in damages for the childish games this idiot thinks he can do and get away with!
