Hilton Orlando Untrained, RUDE, Obnoxious Staff Orlando Florida
Tried to get a room using points out a HH Diamond acct. Nobody on staff knew what they were doing. Untrained bozos that wanted to sit and argue. End resulkt was getting booted and having my HH account drained of 400k poits worth around $3500-$4000. Poijts I earned with MY MONEY through a credit card. STEALING points from me because you have an unprepared crybaby staff. Hotel manager and GM are worthless. Argue with them and they will STEAL your points as well. Threatened my wife and then told me a police report was filed. I called 3 agencies none of which have a report on me. FOS!
