Camp Gulf LLC. Failed to return complete payment Mirimar Florida

My wife and I made a 1 year out reservation..( had to pay up front because it was beach front)...changed our reservation due to covid...when we had to cancel...we were told the refund is up to the manager, and it was refused.. $1550..
