We ordered may 26. We never received our food. I contacted support that night and was denied a refund because the order status was marked as delivered. I explained to them that I'm currently homeless staying at a motel with 100+ other rooms and that food could have been delivered to anyone. And that I definitely couldn't afford to pay for food I didn't eat. I continued to email them everyday for the next week and I was told the first couple times they would look into and then never got back to me. Eventually they stopped responding at all. I have no idea why a nationwide company would treat their customers like this
