ABC Towing Towed my brand new Tesla and damage the passenger side. The owner Sam will not answer the phone. DC Washington

ABC Towing is a very shady operation located in DC. They towed my brand new Tesla because of a police crime scene and when I went to pick it up the entire passenger side of the vehicle was destroyed. They acted as if they had no idea how it happened. The Tesla has video that shows them hitting my car against other vehciles on their lot.
When I asked for it to be fixed they said the manager is not there and gave me a number to call. The owner/manager is a guy named Sam. He was in fact there hiding in his office. After doing some research the staff has instructions to say he's not there so he can't be served with the various lawsuits against them. He peeked out of the window when I left and when I saw him he quickly closed the shades.
This place is run out of a trailer that is falling apart. The city needs to shut them down immediately.

Turn this over to your insurance company. That's what you pay them for. For the record, your description of the damage is nothing more than a sorry, very typical exaggeration rampant in this sorry society. That door WAS NOT DESTROYED and thank you for proving that to all of us!
