Stay away from this rip off dental office.

After re-locating, I started with this office in The Villages, Florida, only because they offered a free dental exam, whereas other offices would not accept the records from your previous dentist, even if it was from a few months ago. Another way dentists rip you off. But this is all a bait to get you to come in and then over charge you on anything else you need. When I went there I was told I needed a deep cleaning, which I knew I didn't need. So because I didn't want to look for another dentist I agreed to their charge of $222. That's what they count on, you not wanting to take the time to go elsewhere.



I had an appointment with them in the beginning of April 2024. I called to reschedule it to 4-12-24. When I went there that day, I was told one ridiculous story after another of why they couldn't see me. I was told that I was put as a new patient, and they don't see new patients of Fridays. Then after I argued that I was not a new patient, this receptionist finds my previous account and tells me they can't see me anyway today. Total laziness and incompetence. Then when I asked how much a regular cleaning was, I'm told an outrageous price of $158. I was paying $42 at my previous dentist in Boynton Beach, Florida, which is a much higher cost of living area than this. I walked out.



As I said, stay away from this rip off chain that baits you with a free exam, over charges you on anything else, and has office staf fthat is so incompetent, they can't reschedule you properly, letting you drive many miles there for nothing.

You said you didn't like the experience and you didn't like the price. You further insinuated some sort of dishonesty or trickery. If it was so, so bad, why did you go thru with the appointment???
