BeanieAndKate Owner Took Money and Has Not Provided Update for Over 3 Months, No Longer Responds to Messages

I ordered a painting from the real beanieandkate account through their Instagram diabeticbeanie, not an account impersonating them. I provided my information including shipping address and payment. I picked out the colors for the painting as requested and have not heard from the owner for over three months. The owner never shared the estimated wait time at any time throughout the process and when asked later they ignored my messages. I've asked multiple times for a refund on their multiple accounts. They ignore all messages. They also delete comments from their posts when people ask questions about their orders. The owner needs to refund customers waiting multiple months and provide new customers with an estimated wait time so they know what they are getting into before sending money. It's sad because it was to benefit their dog with diabetes and customers were trying to support their dog.
