horrible exp from their new location: Superior Ave.Old location: E Corona. AKA Primo Corporations, Primo Trailer/s Direct, Hitch-point Trailers:  Tyler Hallblade, owner.  Transaction on April 16 2024.

This is the email sent to Corp. I had to delete parts per character limit. Corp and onsite are difficult to work with being Justin and Robin. Onsite Tino was better/more understanding.

onsite issues list:

1) shortly after our arrival, Justin tells us spacers were not installed & give 20 minutes.  I said "wow good thing you noticed. He stated "we do good QC."

After other trailer issues primotrailerdirect.com noticed, Justin walked off behind a closed door & locked it or it had auto lock.

1)   Incorrect ball size installed-not told to bring different ball. Justin had one removed from other trailer.

2) trailer did not look new.   we noticed a rail is wavy bent having  some rust

3) had a rather smashed dust cap-replaced along with a nut never put on a bolt

4) tire psi was 32 & 42 (safety is 60). Primo has no air comp on site; we pulled out ours

5) Trailer had no VIN installed! Sticker was put on

Apologies not rendered

We have since looked at the ad portraying model # bait & switch/false ad

1)  no powder coat. Already some paint is rusting/peeling/cracking)

2) our fenders are halfmoon and not squared off and are vibrating alot.  They look secured more strongly in ad

3) the ad's jack is closer to the tip of the tongue allowing greater clearance due to the "physics" pivot point. Ours hit at gas station & bent

4) Wood Planks are warping/lifting (too short to catch the lip)-trip hazard. Many planks not cut at 90 degrees

5) tube rails in ad-ours has angle iron

6)  spare tire mounted elsewhere unlike ad

7) Bolt came out upon hi way traveling. Ramp could have fallen off!   4 others needed tightening

Caught between a rock & a hard place, our CO four wheeler was just shipped to their address & sitting on roadside.  We aren't familiar with retailers here & did not feel trailer issues would get worse upon departing Primo.

Don't feel safe with trailer- dont want it.please take it back.

update:  had to drive 3 hours round trip to PHX for them to fix issues.  They mounted on the tube rail design and used locktight, put strange angle brackets under lifted wood ( had to keep the shorter poorly cut planks), replaced and moved jack forward, snugged half moon fenders (not squared off as advertised), moved tire mount.

Still no apology from Justin, Robin or Michelle nor Tyler;  In trying to protect Primo, Michelle kept on repeating-lol "  the trailer is a different " generation" of the advertised model"!   Why do we have model numbers then?   rrrrrrrrr  uhg bad, bad with Tyler Hallblade's Primo.  VERY BEWARE!
