Complaint Review: Zipcar

Zipcar I paid member fee for one year. However, I could not book any car. When I booked a car for the first time, Zipcar did not approve my booking. When I tried to book a car for the 2nd time, I was blocked from booking a car. Fraud by Zipcar Washington, DC DC

Three months ago I paid member fee for one year. However, I could not book any car. When I booked a car for the first time, Zipcar did not approve my booking. When I tried to book a car for the 2nd time, I was blocked from booking a car. I called Zipcar and they did not give me any reason. Is Zipcar conducting fraud? Why does FTC not investigate Zipcar???
