ZAZZLE.COM Item received different then the item sent Redwood CA
I purchased an article from this vendor ,the add on the site showed what appeared to be a licensce plate frame in metal, similar to the metal ones you see in auto parts stores . I ordered it and when it arrived,it was as thin as tin foil on steroids. I requested to return it, you could bend it by breathing on it too hard.
They said not to return it they would issue a credit. What they don't mention is that it is a store credit. They won't issue back to your credit card. On the invoice it states" You can return for 100 % replacement or refund". Now I see why Amazon is so popular.
