August 3 I agreed and signed the publishing agreement, 4 days later I submitted my manuscript to Xlibris.  Two days later I received an email from them saying I needed to revise my book, because there were indivdual names mentioned and that could a negative impact on those persons.

I responded, I used only first names, not identifiable persons, I stated the truth and I am not liable for any statements made.  They rejected my submission, based on statments that could have negative impact on persons.  I cancelled my publishing agreement and was told I needed to pay them 400.00 for reviewing my manuscript.  Out rageous and a clear rip off , nothing was gained for me, but Xlibris did recieve a fananical benefit and gain.  I am left without a book being published, and victimized finanaically.

My book was written to offer strategies and techniques that can improve the daily lives of poeple who experience the affects of PTSD.   I could not find help  so I used these techniques and strategies and they improved my life.  My hope is that by sharing this imformation, something good could come from what I learned and could be of help to some folks. My book is a personal story told with truth, beauty and courage and resilence and is heartfelt.

Xlibris publishing, took something so true and beautiful and choose to reject the manuscript, and victimized me in the process.  Not honest or decent, not ethicial or right. Not even close to a, true and reliable publisher, because the author is taken advanataged of and used for there fianacial gain and for those purposes only.  Not even close to what it means to be a publisher.  Thier deliberate intent is for financial gain only in my opinion based on my experience with them.
