On Tuesday, May 15th I ordered a flower arrangement for my stepmothers birthday, to be delivered on Friday, May 18th.

Unfortunately nothing was delivered.

I immediately phoned the vendor that evening and left a message, as well as sending an email to 2 different email addresses.
Having received no reply by the following Tuesday, I phoned the number of his business (something he did not appreciate) and told him what had happened. David did not offer any apology whatsoever - only excuses. He did however promise to have an upgraded arrangement delivered that very same day. My stepmother is still waiting!!

SwarmJam has tried to intervene, but with no results and they ended up giving me a refund.

I have tried to get a hold of David several times and have left messages since then, but it is quite obvious that he has no intention of getting back to me, nor honouring my order.

I just found out that quite a few who purchased a voucher thru WagJag are also still waiting for their arrangement to be delivered for Mother's Day, which will probably never happen since David does not return phone calls or answer emails. This is very sad!! This vendor has proven to be unreliable and dishonest and I'm sure I will never get the rest of my money back.

Does this fall under online scams? If so, his sites should be shut down.
