I paid 299.00 dollars for what was to be a visa card with a 2500. limit only to receive a portfolio of paper i dont even understand and dont need. I called after receiving the portfolio only to be told I could not get a refund I was lied to by a mr paul frank then I was told by the supervisor that I would receive my card which was out right lie. All I recieved was a bunch of junk that I dont need. please help stop this. we as consumers dont deserve this. we work hard for what we get. thank you
