Wish They cancelled my order, charged me and now won't refund my money! San Francisco CA

On 1/13/21 I placed an order for surveillance cameras. Immediately after my order was placed, I received a confirmation and a message that the cameras had been shipped. Right after I received that message, another was sent telling me that my order had been cancelled. It took me a week to find out why...they stated it was due to suspected unauthorized use of my card. On 1/14/21, a full day after Wish cancelled my order, $123.14 was deducted from my card. I have contacted their ridiculous "Customer Support App" FIVE TIMES, with the same outcome each time... "Your refund of $135.38 was applied on 1/16/2021". Well after contacting my card issuer, there has NEVER been a credit for $135.38! This is theft and I want a refund!
