Called tech support at another company and was linked to this company without knowing it. They ran a scan on my computer and said i had a Chinese Fireball Trojan horse and lots of other problems. I asked them if they could fix the problems and i was offered a $199 subscription rate. I was confused as i thought i was calling tech help and asked them who they were and if they were affiliated with the company i called and they were unclear if they were affiliated with the company i was trying to get a hold of. I realize now that the company i was trying to call does not have phone access. I paid the money and a few months later i called them again for a printer connection problem and they never returned my call. I also left them a message on their website and never got a return email.
