I finally decided to call "Video Professor" one day. Thankfully, the young man I spoke to, gave me a "Heads Up" on their "business practices". He told me to call as Soon as I received the product, or I'd be charged $189.00 dollars Extra for the CD! He told me 3 CD/DVD's would arrive, and that INITIALLY I would be charged around $6.95 for those CD's. The Very Next Day, at 1:30am I had problems. My Bank called me informing me of Unauthorized Access to my Account. Turns out it was Video Professor!! I looked at my account, at 1:40am, in the middle of the night, and saw half a dozen or so pending charges for .50 cents! Three days later only 2 of these charges posted, with a Video Professor phone number in Colorado, but it Did Not Say Video Professor, it says "Wounded so and so"! I called 6 different phone numbers, and finally got some smart a*s kid to CANCEL MY ORDER ENTIRELY! The day after I ordered from them, I told a friend about them. She told me Watch OUT, it's a SCAM! I thought I had All the Information I needed Not to be scammed. I was Wrong! This young punk that supposedly cancelled my order, and I Haven't Even Received Anything Yet, told me it would take at least 21 days to Refund my $189.00 dollars, that I haven't even been charged for yet, but apparently they were Intending on it! DO NOT DEAL WITH VIDEO PROFESSOR AT ALL!! BE YE WARNED NOW!
