Verizon wireless Failure to provide service Lexington Kentucky
I've had trouble with verizon's coverage for several years. They signed me to a contract, only for me to find the coverage is horrible here. Barely gets a signal at all. Their reps misled me about this from the start. Saying they're upgrading their system , and because of this, my area has poor service. Simply put, Verizon is catering to new service areas , leaving older areas like mine with no service at all.
