My bad experience with vegasatv.com started out on e-bay. Auction item # 7171030810.

I purchased a three wheel bike for my company to give to a local elderly man who picks up cans for a living, His previous bike has been destroyed by a hit and run driver.

The bike cost 76.00 + 119.00 shipping + 19.00 mandatory insurance. I paid all the charges and did so in 08/05. The bike came in a big box and needed to be assembled.
We sent the bike to a bike shop for assembly. When the bike was complete, our driver picked up the bike from the bike shop. They had to furnish some parts that were not included in the box. When I saw the bike, it was a different color than the one I had purchased.
Buyer: The bike color is wrong you sent a dark blue bike and i ordered a light blue bike. There were no reflectors or fender brackets.

seller: i do apologize that is the only color we have and wesold over 1000 no complaints so far
as far as the other parts please email me your name and adress and parts missing and i will send it out immediatly

buyer: i don't care if you sold a billion dark blue bikes. the one that i bid upon was light blue. i paid for light blue and that is what you were supposed to send. i will accept bike if you refund shipping. or you can pay the bike shop for a paint job. or you can pay me for the bike shops bill and the pick up and delivery charges to the shop and refund my money for the entire purchase including shipping both ways. That's it.

Anyway, to make a long story shorter this guy threatened me with negative feedback because I complained about not getting the product I ordered.
That pissed me off. And I told him that he was going to get negative feedback from me.

Seller: negative feedback will be posted to your acount 30 seconds after you and you will get nothing from me!!! or you can post positive feedback and get your money like you want.

That sounded a little like a scam and after all the arm twisting I refused to lie and told him so. I posted the truth about the deal.

This guy is a rip off and a genuine Dirt Bag and needs to be put OUT OF BUSINESS

dear dirt bag,

your bring dishonner to your company and other asian businessmen around the globe. cheating a chairty operation

I just wanted to share with you the things that you have brought upon your self.

i hope that you have a lot of money for lawyers. i am going to file suit soon...

in the meantime i am going to let every single potential customer know how stupid and what a thief you are.

i hope to have a website done just to show you who not to cheat. this will continue until i get my money.
and just so you can't say anything i will contribute 100% of my refund to help with KATRINA efforts.

i bet i can cost you a few thousand a month for as long as it takes to get my $.
the good thing about this is that you are too stupid to realize that this will be an expensive lesson to your company.
in the end the truth will win...

I just finished sending this to ebay.

This seller intentionally sent the wrong color bike. When I sent it to be assembled, they wrote blue bike on the ticket. Had I seen the bike prior I would have returned it. I did not open the sealed box; they did it at the shop.

When I contacted the seller, I offered to accept the bike if he would pay to have it painted. He refused. I had already paid to have it assembled and gave him the chance to send me the right color bike but he would have to send me an assembled bike or pay for the assembly of the bike. He refused.

After much wasted time he refused to do anything unless I left him positive feedback. I could not leave a positive feedback because of the hassle of the whole transaction. I feel many people have had bad experiences with this seller, because of the method he uses to coerce dissatisfied customers into leaving positive feedback.

This style of behavior is unethical and illegal. E-bay needs to remove this seller or force him to comply with e-bay policy.

If this seller posts negative about me, I will expect e-bay to review and clear my name.

I have full documentation and e-mails for this case.
