I ordered a 64GB and 256GB micro sd.  My address was off by one number (the apartment bldg number listed ****3, instead of ****2), so the items were returned to the sender by the post office.  

After two weeks of not receiving the items, I checked the status and found the address discrepency.  I first called on a Saturday, and got a message saying their business hours are Mon-Fri, and to email them.

I emailed them explaining what happened.  After two business days of no response, I called again (I just noticed it was 'after' their business hours) and got another voice message telling me to email them.

I sent a second email, stating I want a full refund since they did not respond to the first email.  I am awaiting a response from them at this time, but I have no confidence they will respond.

I had ordered the same items about a year ago.  I lost the 64GB card, and I just realized the 256GB stopped working completely.  It is no longer recognized by my phone or my desktop computer.

Now that I've learned this I definitely want my money back, but again I have no confidence that they will even respond.

 This is the final outcome of my report... USADiscountwarehouse emailed me after (the same day)I requested a refund saying, 'I had been refunded in full'. The pending refund showed in my account the next day, and two days later it went through. So, in the end USADiscountwarehouse 'did' refund my money, however throughout the process they never answered the phone. It 'is' just a voice message (misleading customers), and the email response is also a generic automated message saying they will respond the next business day -- which they may or may not. Their product failed over time, so I 'would not' recommend this business to anyone.
