University Of Phoenix - Axia Online Classes Rip Off's They Got To Stop! Phoenix Arizona
It started 1-2008.I enrolled in online classes at the University of Pheonix. I began classes after submitting all of my info and getting approved for my loans. I was told that the classes was one prcie. As I continued to check my account history I noticed a change in price.
I immediately contacted the financial department. They assured me that it was a problem and they would fix it. I waited, still no change. I called again but only this time I got a very rude person on the other end telling me that my invoice was cleared and that was that. So, I contacted my enrollment councillor. She gave me so much run around. I was also told that I would pay one amount for course material, only to find it out to be a lie. I paid that amount for all classes.
I tried withdrawing to transfer to another institution they are telling me that I can't withdraw from their shcool. I have had such a bad experience with the University of Phoenix that I don't even have enough time to tell it all.
Now I will be stuck paying back loan money that I can't even benifit from. Can't the government or someone do something about these scams? I'm a single parent trying to provide for my kids. Now I'm stuck with another bill I don't need and the University of Phoenix has gotten over 5000.00 in loan money for two classes and they are telling me I owe their school.
If you read my report and you are thinking of going back to school please do research and find out about the school before making decisions.
