Complaint Review: United Air Comfort

After having read all the downright scary entries on this site, it was with some reluctance that I opted to utilize the services of this company, and I couldn't be happier that I did. If I have believed the other so-called customers who must have tried to get one of their employees to do side work and then blame the company for what went wrong, or, bought into a complaint logged by someone who worked for them and lost their job, or quit, and then wanted an easy forum to talk trash about their company, then I would have been sorely disappointed.

I do not think I could have been more satisfied than I was to see how comprehensive and cohesive the technicians assessment was, their patience in educating me about the work i chose to have performed after hearing their findings, or the cleanliness of the work performed. I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE I know in need of quality workmanship, and that goodness that I didn't buy into all of the seemingly bogus lies I read on this site.

Find any company with a lot of work history, or competition, and you'll find someone, somewhere who just wants to complain, I have them in my business too, and frankly, I'm sick of the whining - go do something, stop picking at the bones of those who do!!!
