TVFox Antenna Charged my credit card for equipment that doesn't work California
I received two antennas from this company before completely fulfilling the information on their website. They charged my cc $65.99 plus tx. When I try to call them, there is a recording day after day that says no customer service agents are available at this time. Leave a message. I do but don't hear back. I tried emailing their support email address. Got a form email in return telling me they would contact me within 3 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. I am going to return the equipment to the address that is on the package they sent and request a full refund.
