I did send my caretaker to the post office with the item and sent them at the cost of $5.50 after I received my SS check on the 27th of February .I have call about a return that you had in the receiving department on 3/1 I call and was told that yes it was received and would take 5 days to process.today is the 15th of march and was told by Manger Alicia that she soes not have to explain the refund policy to me. After Changing me $208.40 to my Credit Card. And the return package was signed for 3/1 at 11:44 am
