Complaint Review: TS Card Benefits Aka Ameriplan

I was called and offered a $7,500 credit limit credit card if I had a fee of $249 drafted from my checking accoun. Two months later, I received a notice which I thought was associated with the fee I paid for the credit card which stated that I was already enrolled for a debit card and to do was sign and mail it back in. At that time I knew I was scammed because the conversation I had with the caller from TS Card Benefits never mentioned a debit card.

I finally got in contact with someone at TS Card Benefits and I was told to mail in a written request for my refund and I did. After a month and a half, I received the envelope which contained the same letter which I had mailed to them but their address had been crossed off with a black marker. Now I really do not know what else to do but to report them to the Consumer Protection Agency and you.
