Trusty Transport false promises damaged goods won't accept responsibility Tempe Arizona *UPDATE ..look at these photos!
My truck broke down east of the Sierras. AAA (a great group, btw) towed me to Mr. K Automotie (they're great as well) where I left the vehicle (was Sunday, had to get home). I filled out one of those web-search things to locate auto transporters, and TrustyTransport.com said that they would do the job.
I went with them because they had a good website and said they could move the truck that week. Since I was paying storage fees at Mr. K, getting it done sooner was important.
So the first big lie - delivery in 4-5 days. Would you believe it took 14 days and an extra $175 in storage fees! But these jokers claim that it's not their problem...
BUT WAIT, THERE's MORE!
These were two BRAND NEW tires (2 months old) - but it's not their fault?
If the truck had been okay, I might have thought well live and let live. But it had TWO FLAT TIRES - one totally unrepairable. And these weren't old tires, I bought them only 2 months ago and they had less than 1000 miles on them! But again, it's not good old Trusty Transport's problem.
So if you want reliable, on time delivery of your vehicles, from a company that will stand behing their work, go anywhere but here!

Trusty Transport Threatens Legal Action!

I am the owner of Trusty. You are not the first to try to extort money. The last two my lawyer had a field day with. Myself and my lawyer enjoy collecting all of the fees associated with sueing somebody for breach of contract, extortion, slander(libel),defamation, lost revenue. etc. You signed an electonic contract online (that is fully legal) that according to federal and Arizona laws I am fully covered against this type of "extortion". That is the exact word the judge here in Phoenix used against the last person who tried this. My lawyer is my brother-in-law who enjoyed his Cancun vacation from the last person who thought they were cute. You will undo everything you have put in motion. All claims are filed with the carrier. I will happily fax you the carriers insurance info., licenses etc. That is all I am required by law to do. I will help an any way I can, but continuing Harrassment of my company you will regret. The loss of business people like you try to cause me really pisses off a judge here in Az. The judge looks at it as you are trying to pressure me into paying the claim or having the carrier do it. I am not required by law to do that. Lost revenue to my company can add up really quick.
