Complaint Review: Tinashe Hair

Tinashe Hair Fasley advertise that they provide quality Virgin hair extensions. I requested and ordered 10 inch bundles (3) and a 10 inch frontal. I also ordered 12 inch bundles (3) and a 12 inch frontal. The purpose was to make two wigs out of the hair, but I quickly saw after removing hair from the package that the hair was way shorter than 10 inches and 12 inches. The 10 inch set was an 8 inch set with split ends, it look nothing like the hair online. The 12 inch set was more like a 10 inch hair length. This is a Chinese company and they have the nice website with beautiful hair and then when you order, you receive hair that looks nothing like the hair on the website. I paid $173.51 for the hair and I attempted to contact Tinashe Hair and they responded "Oh try the hair, you will like". They would not send me a return label to ship the hair back. This is a complete scam.
