TigerDirect.com False advertising deceptive company false promises Miami Florida
We ordered a Visioneer LX200 digital camera from TigerDirect's website that was advertised with an additional 32mb of memory and rechargeable batteries and charger. The order arrived quickly but without the memory, rechargeable batteries and charger.
After four VERY stressful phone calls, the only resolution that we received is that we can return this item or get a credit for the shipping charges. There was no resolution to the fact that they advertised one packaged item and never delivered it.
We even called them before ordering to confirm that the memory and charger were included in the price advertised on their website. We could have received the same item from various other places for the same price (even free shipping) but chose theirs because of the advertised add-ons.
We feel that they should honor all advertised package prices! We will do everything we can to warn other consumers of their devious dealings.
