I was charged $771 for 4 Jason Isbell tickets that are general admission tickets valued at $74 each. Tried to resolve this with them directly (either refunded partially, given better seats and/or full refund to cancel the tickets) and they responded with a lot of legal jargon which basically said they were allowed to do this.  I could have bought from the vendor directly but Ticket Center was the first one that came up in my search and it kept telling me seats were going fast and limited.  About 4 days later, while I am still arguinng with them about their prices, the venue continues to sell available seat tickets.  I could go to the venue site now (as I am writing this email) and pay $316 for the exact thing that Ticket-Center charged me $771 for.

Sure...that's the criterion for making the purchase...what comes up first from a search engine! Nobody...and that includes you, me or anyone else on this planet needs ANY of these slime ball third party reservation places. They cater to the gullible and inexperienced. The ONLY exception to this is if the venue farms out the ticketing process to an APPROVED THIRD PARTY VENDOR. Otherwise, this third party trash is on the look out for suckers and chumps with their sucker ads!

Were you charged an amount greater than what you agreed to at the time of purchase?
