Complaint Review: TedHair Factory

This Letter is to warn any potential buyers from this company Ted Hair Factory  and their illegal practices. I purchased about 5000 pieces of hair from them on April 27th 2018  what I thought was human hair pieces later when buying the hair pieces I have taken about 50 pieces of hair to be tested by a professional hair manufacture and the results were this company used animal hairs to make the hair full. After 1 week of customers wearing the product the hair started to shed tangle and matt up. i was so upset because i spent my had earned savings to start this business. After numerous calls to this trade company about giving me a refund they told me that they would allow me to go to their warehouse in suwanee GA. I later found out that the so called  warehouse was a photoshopped picture of a preoccupied building by a totally different company. After I filed this complaint with the Better Business Bureau Ted Hair changed their name in google to another local company in GA, so that I could not find their info. This was so unfair to me as a customer. I pray that no one else has to go through anything like this ever in their lifetime. Warning!!!!!! Do not buy Hair from this So called Factory they will sell you wefted Animal Hairs to make the hair full. This should not be allowed in USA to allow trading companies pretending to be something they are not and selling Animal hairs.
