Do not buy from this company because if you have a problem, you are screwed, I had an experienced pilot make the first flight and the devise would not sync with the remote and was slpped to the ground before injuring someone. I have film footage of the entire flight.

They claimed it was pilot error but the pilot could not connect to the drone. Because I am in Mexico, I have to travel to the USA and pick it up because it can not be shipped to Meexico because they do not have proper electrical certification like UL. I contacted them and originally they said no problem then they decided not to warranty it.

This report is not about money because that is not an issue, principle is what matters and a company to do the right thing. I have documented prooof that it was a malfunction of the drone. Do not buy from them unless you do not care about service. I purchased in November of 2021 and it is June 28 and I still have not had my drone.

I have paid $571 USD and now I have to fly to the USA and hand carry it back to Mexico. The customer service sucks terribly and I hope that this report will stop you from having the same problems, I have a DJI and it is fantastic, do not buy Swellpro.
