Complaint Review: surveryresultinfo@gmail.com

I received a Priority Mail package from Reelevate LLC, 5792 W. Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016. Search revealed this is a valid company. Instructions for cashing a check for $970.67 and buying 2 $350.00 Walmart cards were in the package. To confirm material received, contact surveyresultinfo@gmail.com. After purchasing the cards photos of the cards were to be sent to this address. If it'sounds too good to be true... RIGHT? The check has a Nationwide logo and header: Nationwide Insuance, P.O.Box 182166, Columbus, OH 43218-2166. Check is valid for 180 days. on the bottom of the check is JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Columbus, OH. I didn't believe that a gmail address would be used for this size transaction. I found the surveyresultinfo@gmail.com on the scam list. I think I got this because I answered a "Kroger" email to become a mystery shopper. We have a Kroger Distribution warehouse in this area & I worked for them years ago. The IP address on the Kroger letter is 37.187.138.32 which is a French address: Octave Klaba, OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, Abuse@ovh.net. I DID NOT check this address because of the Kroger warehouse here. I won't make that mistake again. I need to make a few dollars without being out all day. I'm on disability & was hoping......

I will report this address but they have probably moved. I think things should match. The return address didn't have anything to do with the contact/report address. Also, I could not imagine getting $270.00 commission for buying 2 credit cards. To my knowledge, Walmart & Kroger are not linked. I will send copies of the papers, email, etc. if needed.
