Straight Talk Wireless Rip-off of refund on phone returned plainfield Indiana
returned a defective phone....they gave me run around on mailing label...finally got sent back..they replaced phone....i asked not to because was a gift so sent it back...and now they say because of 30 days in beginnng they can not refund...I have been dealing with this for 4 months... run around after run around...someone tells me somethind different each time! Sothey recieved bad phone and replacement phone..I am out money on a phone! There are a lot of bad reviews against this company..I wished i would have looked at first!
